Quality Update National Education & Training Survey (NETS) Restructure Executive summaries available on HEE NE website (2015/16) ADQM Exec Summaries Quality conference March 2018 Survey is validated and can be used but we have no analyst at the current time and do not want to collect data if we are u unable to provide a return Northern regional quality lead (head of function) Emma Jones – links on business side to senior management team, attends governance meetings monthly

ADQMs Autumn meetings with trusts are underway SAR was sent 6th October 2017 Reviewed and revised and aligned to principles of medical reporting (process) ADQM dates (2018) to be circulated soon Formal evaluation was not progressed as informal evaluation is being collected at the autumn meetings

ADQM Deadline for submission 15th December 2017 Unit reports are being introduced via the autumn meetings for trusts to test Unit report will enable inclusion of hard to reach groups Unit report is developmental and trusts are being invited to try it out this year We plan to send SAR in July 2018 allowing time for unit reports to be distributed and completed by October.
