Unethical Business Practices Research Assignment

Examples of unethical business practices include: Introduction Students are to research a company that has been accused of unethical business practices. Examples of unethical business practices include: The use of sweatshops to manufacture products. Business practices that cause significant harm to people’s health or the environment. Businesses charging exorbitant prices for human necessities. Unethical marketing campaigns. Businesses that have been accused of inhumane treatment of animals.

Tasks Each of the following sections should be completed in detail. They are each worth equal marks. Provide a brief history of your chosen company. Include information about important events in the company’s history and key people involved. Outline the unethical business practices that your chosen company has been accused of. Explain in detail, including key events and dates. Who has been affected by the unethical business practices that the company has undertaken? Provide a detailed explanation of the short and long term effects of this unethical behavior.

How to present your project Your ‘Unethical Business Practices’ project can be presented in the following forms: PowerPoint Presentation Poster Booklet or brochure Remember to… Answer each of the questions in 200 words. Include any photos or pictures you have found. Included a bibliography detailing where your information came from.

The information is presented in a neat and organised fashion. Supporting photos and images should be included. A bibliography detailing where information has been sourced from has been included.
