What is Sport Relief? Sport Relief is a biennial charity event from Comic Relief, in association with BBC Sport. Sport Relief aims to raise money to help vulnerable people in both the UK and the world's poorest countries. Key word: biennial (this means every two years)

What are we doing as a school community for Sport Relief? 10 hour basketball match with Shenley Hazeley’s billion step challenge Non uniform day for £1 Guess how many sweets in the jar for £1 Spot the ball competition
Hazeley’s Billion Step Challenge During the week of Sport Relief, the PE department will be taking all year groups out to the field to complete a steps challenge. We are aiming to complete as a school enough steps to walk from Milton Keynes to the equator in Africa. Students can wear their own PE kit for a small donation of 20 pence. Please bring suitable footwear e.g. boots and astro/trainers.
Non-uniform day Friday 23rd March £1 to wear your own choice of clothes
£1 will be collected at form time Student Council will visit forms at form time and collect all the money from form tutors by 8.50am All money then goes to Finance who send it to the Sport Relief charity If you wear school uniform you don’t need to pay £1 Miss Whiteman will collect £1 from year 11 at the hall when entering for exams. £1 will be collected at form time
Guidelines for non-uniform clothing Non uniform day is a chance for pupils to wear their own clothes and express their own style. Lessons will continue so clothing must be appropriate e.g. no short skirts, baseball caps or bare midriffs. Although not in uniform, we still represent the school and so clothing should be respectful.
