Student Activities at Southern Crescent Technical College applies to all aspects of SCTC campus life. The office of Student Activities oversees the use of your Student Activity Fees while planning & hosting events at the SCTC Campuses, sponsoring clubs, and even open house sessions or receptions to promote programs and services available to our students.

The Southern Crescent Technical College Tigers compete in men's and women's basketball as Division III members of the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA), which is Region XVII of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). Student athletes are required to meet all eligibility requirements of the NJCAA and agree to read, sign, and abide by all liability waivers, codes of conduct, and/or other forms required by the college and NJCAA. Participating in athletics on an intercollegiate level at Southern Crescent Technical College does count towards your athletic eligibility at all four year colleges as any student athlete have a five year window to compete in a sport for four years.
