Suggest a programme of well balanced clinical/academic activities which are all complementary Research Teaching Clinical practice Clinical management

Demonstrate how the planned trajectory has come about and how it will flourish, e.g. What research strengths does it build on, What research skills will be developed, What teaching skills will be developed, What clinical skills will be developed, Who will be involved, Where will the development take place, How will the planned trajectory feed in to future developments, personal, local regional.
