The Marquee Tool Photoshop Elements 8

The Marquee Tool Rectangular Marquee tool draws square or rectangular selection borders Elliptical Marquee tool draws round or elliptical selection borders.

The Move Tool (v) Click on the move tool Move your mouse over to your selection You can drag the selection to a new location

Using the Move tool to Resize Move your mouse directly over a corner square The cursor will change into a Press and drag the mouse around to resize the selection

Using the Move tool to Rotate Move the mouse to the outside of one of the corners of your selection The cursor will change into a Press and drag the mouse around to rotate the selection
