A Good Teacher: Is a Christian Not just one who has been baptized True follower of Christ – Colossians 3:17 Speech; dress; conduct above reproach 1 Thessalonians 5:22 Will be faithful in attendance Prayer a part of daily life – 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Studies the word – 2 Timothy 2:15

A Good Teacher: Wants To Teach Is Able To Teach Teaches The Truth Not just because no one else will do it Loves to teach – Jeremiah 20:7-9 Is Able To Teach 2 Timothy 2:2 All do not have same ability – Romans 12:3-8 Teaches The Truth Demands knowledge of word Emphasis will be on Bible, not personal opinion Will teach it without compromise – 1 Thess. 2:2-4
