Biographies Kevin T. Hanrahan Marketing Officer, FHLB Cincinnati Kevin Hanrahan has worked in the banking industry since 2004, functioning in a variety of commercial banking roles prior to joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB Cincinnati). Kevin joined the FHLB Cincinnati in 2013 as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst in the Enterprise Risk Management department, and in 2016, he joined the Marketing department. In his current role, Kevin works directly with the Bank membership and leads in providing advanced level financial analysis in support of strategy development to increase mission asset activity with members. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Miami University and his Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University. Michael C. Spencer Insurance and Sales Officer, FHLB Cincinnati Michael Spencer has worked in the banking industry since 2009. His primary roles, prior to joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB Cincinnati), focused on the fixed income markets and interest rate risk monitoring. Michael joined FHLB Cincinnati in 2015 as a Financial Analyst in the Marketing department developing advanced level financial and market analytics for FHLB Cincinnati members. In 2016, he was promoted to Insurance and Sales Officer. In his current role, Michael is the primary relationship manager for the FHLB Cincinnati insurance company members assisting with funding strategies and balance sheet analytics. Michael received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is a Level III Candidate in the CFA program.
