Process/Business Overview What do we do? – We develop and produce drawings, models and written manuals that identify what the construction requirements are for a project. Why? The documents are to convey what our clients’ goals are, provide common information for contractors to bid on, and provide record documents for inspectors to review. Who? We are about 20 people providing system designs, performance specifications and production of drawings (licensed engineers, CAD Technicians, designers, and contract document administrators).

Process/Business Overview Where? We provide our services throughout the New England States and beyond. Each state requires licensed engineers and architects to preside over the design. Stages of a Project? We get involved in the early planning and feasibility stage, existing condition analysis, after funding for a new building, or evaluations for renovations and repairs. How? We follow codes that apply to each building type, time tested trade best practices, innovative design methods, and guidelines and standards for each state.
