Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RK Legal status 2005 Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RK Law “On Chambers of Commerce and Industry” No. 47-3 dated 03.05.2005. Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a noncommercial, non-governmental, self-financing and self-governing organization, uniting on voluntary basis individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their associations (unions) for building favorable conditions for development of business activity, protection of their rights and interests.
