Physician Training Groups Office Staff One-on-One Immediate feedback Immediate acceptance Physicians training physicians Office Staff One-on-One Physician training – WOW ! What a great day ! I had envisioned a great response but it was even better. We had 8 docs for the 0700 training. Then we began training their office staff. We held open training sessions every hour until 1800 that day. At the noon session, the docs arrived early and stayed late. We trained 23 at one time. They were yelling across the room at their buds saying “Check this out!” and “Look at Ms. So & so’s results”. They were whipping out their PDA’s and noting their passwords. They didn’t even eat lunch. One of the pulmonologists called me over and said “This is the best thing Covenant has ever done for us.” By the end of the day we had trained 43 physicians and over 150 office staff members.
