Topic Aims Method Equipment Duration Level Hidden Simple Science Through exploring questions that children ask about science fundamentals in a fun and interactive way, parents can develop an understanding of simple science concepts which underpin our world and be able to communicate this new learning to their children at home. To make science a topic for family conversation and shared activity To re-engage parents who may have negative preconceptions regarding science, and consequently enable them to better support their children’s development and STEM career aspirations Level Key Stage 2 Method PowerPoint slides (booklet) can be given as a hand-out, or can be used as a Student lesson, possibility 1 – 2 experiments a lesson or the full booklet Equipment Laptop & Projector Hand-out Pens Equipment, please check each experiment separately for equipment Duration Depends on how many experiments are done in a lesson, the whole booklet would be >1 Hour Hidden
