Introduction 1. To ensure the safety of the operator and the machine, please read this manual carefully. If you have any trouble in using the machine, please contact us. We are pleased to offer you professional services. 2. This machine uses AC380V high voltage power, heat transfer and transmission mechanism. If improperly used, it will cause serious personal injury and damage of equipment. 3. Please follow the maintenance requirements. If not used for a long time or after maintenance, please run the machine at no load and make sure it’s safe to use before operating the machine, and if any abnormal condition occurs during its operation, please immediately stop the machine. Installation Requirements Requirements on Hardware 1. Please offer five-core cable of “3*10+2*6” as the power line of this equipment. It requires reliable grounding. 2. Circuit breaker on the distribution board shall have the function that all short-circuits are tripped three-phase, and automatically. 3. The designed pressure of heat exchanger: 1.2Mpa (water pressure is tested before delivery). 4. Working pressure of radiator: ≤ 1Mpa. 5. Flange joint: DN 50. 6. Water vapor shall conform to the above pressure requirements, and the machine should be installed with pressure relief device. Requirements on Installation Site 1. Space requirement (L × W × H) (m): 25 × 3 × 2.6. 2. Please be careful when choosing the installation site. We don't offer service of moving the machine. 3. Moving may cause damage to the machine. Warning To avoid danger, please follow the following safety guidance: 1. Use the machine by following the normal power on and off process. 2. After starting the machine, please do not try to open the maintenance door, or it's easy to be hurt by the transmission mechanism, or burned by high temperature. This may cause serious personal injury. 3. The temperature is still relatively high when the machine just stops. In this case, please wear protective gloves to open the door of the machine, and prevent the hot vapor from burning the face. 4. Do not mix any sharp, heavy or long substances with the materials to be dried (cashew nuts), or it will damage the machine. 5. When starting the machine, do not touch any connecting parts of the machine, such as the maintenance door, with any part of your body, to avoid any injury. 6. Please arrange personnel to inspect the machine when starting the machine. If any exceptional condition happens, please immediately shut down the machine or the power. 7. Please keep inflammables or explosives away from the machine. 8. Please power off your machine when it is idle.
