Earth Earth in space Sabria Drew

History As the collisions tapered off the earth began to cool, forming a thin crust on its surface. As the cooling continued, water vapor began to escape and condense in the earth's early atmosphere.

Solar System Earth is the 3rd planet in the solar system . It is 932milllion miles away from the sun. It takes 365 days to get around the sun.

Moons Luna is a beautiful world that lies some 384,400 kilometers (almost 239,000 miles) from Earth. It is littered with mountains, valleys, old volcano sites, and many bowl-like holes called craters. Luna is a neat world to explore because you can see it without a telescope or binoculars. I know you have seen it. In fact, you may even see it tonight, that is because Luna is our moon.

Planet appearance Earth is blue and has little parts of green it looks like a marble design. It also has white spots. It also looks like a ball with shapes and it has white sometimes gray clouds.

Exploration In 1959 the first photo of Earth in space was taken by the U.S satellite Explorer. People were very amazed.

Interesting facts about Earth Scientists are looking for a new planet that people can live on just like Earth. They have found a couple which could be possibilities which include k 22b which circles around a star much like our planet does Earth use to have a twin called theia also 70% of water of earth is water. Earth is estimated to be 35 billion years old.
