The Conclusion Of Every Hour Have mercy on us, O God, and have mercy on us. You who, at all times, and at every hour, in Heaven and on earth are worshipped and glorified. The Holy Spirit We have a deep need for the fatherhood of God. “Our hearts are restless til they find rest in You.” He helps us see our sins, to bring us back to our good relationship. He is our #1 fan! He encourages us when we’re feeling down and always directs us when we lose our way, as long as we haven’t ignored Him. We have a deep need for the fatherhood of God. God promised us the Holy Spirit, and He fulfills that need. Nothing else can satisfy it. Who knows who said this quote? St Augustine said it in his book called Confessions, he tried all the pleasures of the world and nothing satisfied him like when he found the Holy Spirit in him. The Holy Spirit is the one who helps us see our sins, so that we can fix what we’ve done wrong and get back on track with our relationship with Him. He is our #1 fan! He encourages us when we're feeling down. He directs us when we lose our way on the right path. But we won’t hear His directions if we don’t listen, by praying to Him and asking Him for guidance, and taking His guidance when He offers it.
