Collaborative Provision – International Partners Programmes delivered at our International partner institutions as part of collaborative provision are dealt with by a different administration team at UWE We deal with all International Partners across all faculties Work is not submitted via Blackboard Samples for moderation are uploaded to SharePoint sites A contact from the Partnerships team will contact you to let you know when they are there and how you can access them

Collaborative Provision – Academic Calendars Many of our Partners work to different academic years and calendars This may mean we are completing moderation at different times of the year than for main UWE modules Many also have several intake points during a calendar year so the same module may run more than once

Collaborative Provision – Attendance at Boards Separate exam Boards take place for most of our Partners There will be Boards for each intake This can result in a large number of Boards if you have modules running at Partners We appreciate it would not be practical to attend all these in person We are happy to explore options with you such as virtual attendance by telephone or by logging in to the video conference which can be done from a PC, laptop or smartphone

Collaborative Provision – Annual Report Please note you will be specifically asked to comment on UWE Collaborative Provision in your annual report if you have modules or programmes running at Partners. UK Collaborative Provision – for UK Partners, administration is dealt with by our faculty facing teams and go to main UWE exam boards.

Annual Reporting As External Examiners you are required to complete an annual report to the University after the summer examination boards (or September for Chief Examiners). You will be asked to report on both UWE and Collaborative Provision within the same report. The report template will be sent to you at the end of May before the main boards, and you can find further details regarding the process on a handout included in the information pack you received this morning.
