Comments Summary Security Issue around mail being stolen from mailboxes Should we have a “gated” community Total of (9) comments around security Landscaping (12) complaints around mowing and upkeep of community Roads/Shoulders Fencing on Dry Creek roads “Fix Old Dry Creek road and others that are in disrepair” Owner accountability for “lot only ownership” of road facing landscaping Sidewalks lack of grass, bare spots, weeds, trees to close to road Clubhouse Explore possible clubhouse expansion options ( i.e designs, cost analysis) Add wi-fi at clubhouse and pool area Request for more “gathering area” items (e.g. tennis courts, bocci ball, basketball court)
