HACFMs Smoke Free Policy The Horizons Apartments and the Southwest Florida Affordable Housing Choice Foundation, Inc have adopted a SMOKE FREE POLICY for its housing in accordance with the provisions of HUD Notice H (September 15, 2010). It has been well established that smoking cessation has demonstrated health benefits, and that second hand smoke represents a serious health risk to non- smokers.

HACFM Smoke Free Policy This policy currently applies to; – Horizons Apartments – Covington Meadows – Coconut Cove – Broadway Apartments – Stella Apartments However, eventually this policy will affect all communities owned, managed and or operated by HACFM
