International scientific cooperation The University has more than 100 agreements on scientific and educational cooperation with more than 80 universities and research institutions in Europe, USA, and Asia. Lviv Polytechnic National University has a long tradition of educating international students. During a period of 55 years about 3,200 first degrees and more than 130 doctorates have been awarded to students from over 70 countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. Degrees from Lviv Polytechnic are well known all over the world and are held in high esteem.
