To be able to create a improved advert, I needed an image to go along of the bottom of my advert. I decided to use the same image as my first advert. This is because I felt it fitted well for school purposes. To be able to use this image I needed to remove the background. To do this I started to use the ‘quick selection tool’ and selecting the background I didn’t want, followed by delete.

I decided to change the image I was using to ‘show the Academy’ off better. To use the images I had to open it in a different page and select the parts of the picture I wanted and then ‘layer via cut’.

Once I had clicked ‘layer via cut’ I dragged down the tab that I wanted to copy over and this made the layers merge into one, so all I had to was drag and drop the layer I wanted onto my advert.

I then positioned my photo accordingly and moved the layer of the photo down so that my banner to go across the bottom of my advert was over the top of my image. Along with this I added my logo and positioned it.

To use my logo I had to open it in a different page and select the parts of my logo I wanted and then ‘layer via cut’. Once I had clicked ‘layer via cut’ I dragged down the tab that I wanted to copy over and this made the layers merge into one.

I then added in the details of the Academy and rearranged them to fit with my advert in.

Once I had added in the details of the Academy I then decided that my advert needed to feature the Academy's slogan so therefore I added in the slogan.
