Wanneroo Business Association Strategic Plan 2017 -2022

Summary Over past nearly 3 years WBA has enjoyed resurgence Membership growth (up circa 100%) Member engagement Sponsorship   The great thing about the recent success is the recipe does not need to have a drastic change. Rather the plan will build on recent successes and push our growth aspirations out further than what we could have dreamed 3 years ago.

2017-2022 Themes ENGAGE The plan will focus on engaging with our membership to provide an active base for the organisation to grow GROW: To Grow our membership to 600, again a 100% growth target. This will see WBA be financially sustainable and fund its own growth CONNECT: A critical role for the WBA to provide meaningful and valuable programs for the business community to enjoy – to fund these we will be seeking to grow our Sponsorship Engagements.

WBA 2020 Goal By 2020 Wanneroo Business Association will have 600 engaged small to medium businesses that active and engaged members. It will be financially a sustainable organisation from income generated from its own membership and activities. It will have an active panel of 10 key sponsors that will assist in providing meaningful and valuable programs into the business community.

WBA Purpose Achieving an ambitious goal is not possible without the whole organisation recognising and embracing its core purpose. Wanneroo Business Association aims to develops a prosperous community by helping foster successful and sustainable businesses In doing this we will Help businesses connect with their community, grow in their community as a result be better for the community
