PowerForm Layout A notification of * within the PowerForm Navigator notates there is a required field within that PowerForm section. Required fields must be satisfied prior to charting the PowerForm. Form Information Form Navigator PowerForms

PowerForm Sections Form Navigator PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a blue background are the PowerForm section that is currently open. PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a dark blue background are available and have been accessed, but are not currently open. PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a light grey background are the PowerForms that are available but have not been accessed. PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a grey background are conditional and are inaccessible until activated by an answer from another PowerForm field. Form Navigator PowerForms
