What Influences Our Food Choices Our family's, preferences & allergies affect our food choices. We have to eat what our parents cook for us but if we don’t like it we are not forced. Allergies affect what we eat because if we are allergic to something like nuts or wheat you can’t eat it.

Being Healthy Sleep: Kids from the ages of 9 - 13 need at least 8 - 10 hours of sleep every night. Not many kids get this much sleep because they are watching T.V or on their phones. Physical Activity: Kids from the of ages 9 - 13 need at least 60 mins of activity each day and should do a sport at least 3 times a week.

Being Healthy (continued) Healthy Foods: Eating healthy is one of the most important thing. It contributes to your well being a lot. If you eat healthy you will become more happy and less susceptible to eating unhealthy.
