Senior Professional Project CIS 432 Project Issues Senior Professional Project CIS 432

What do you do? You are working with two clients, A and B, on a project. Your schedules are difficult to coordinate, so you meet with client A, then you meet with client B. What client A wants appears to be in conflict with what client B wants. You are at an impasse. What do you do?

What do you do? You are working on a project that is going well. You are in the detailed design and prototyping stage, more than half-way through the project. Your client has an emergency need and wants to change the entire scope and focus of the project. What do you do?

What do you do? You have a project team member who doesn’t show up, or consistently shows up late to meetings. S/he has not completed work assignments on time and does not produce quality results. What do you do?

What do you do? Your team manager insists on certain forms being filled out when your tasks are in progress and yet refuses to follow his/her own rules – never filling out the same forms. What do you do?

What do you do? The software that you need to develop your system is being supplied by the client. The client hasn’t purchased the software as per the schedule and you can’t proceed – you’re going to be late because of this. What do you do?

What do you do? Your client seems to have a problem with one of your team members. The client seems to consistently be embarrassing or berating your team member and you can’t see why. What do you do?

What do you do? Your client insists on the project being built with a particular software package, but the client doesn’t have enough licenses for the product. The client goes to a warez site and downloads a crack and tells you to use the crack. What do you do?

What do you do? You are developing a database of code violations and you notice that your client’s name is in the database. One of your teammates wants to tell the client. What do you do?
