Brought to you by the friendly smith’s associates from store 274 Easter Egg Hunt Brought to you by the friendly smith’s associates from store 274

Bruce Butcher The man behind the madness when it comes to OSAT with our beautiful store. Bruce is a maestro when it comes to pleasing our very happy customers and bringing events together for our community and putting a smile on kids faces. Bruce has his very own Facebook page to enlighten the souls of the community in West Jordan and bringing customers from all over the valley for events including them and to make their family overall satisfied.

The assistant Jolyne Jolyne helps Bruce with all his activities and today was a big one involving kids from all different age groups gathering them for candy on separate aisle giving them all a equal chance to take home the big egg. Here you see her at the oldest age group from 6-8 on our shoe isle.

As the kids line up and take for the races it took about 25 Smith’s employees to help with the entire event and a pricey penny for all the candy given away for this fun event for these fortunate families to have a blessed and happy Easter.

Varieties of employees for the rescue. This event was all helped from workers all over the store from management, meat, apparel, home and department leads we all came to help the families and Bruce create a event these little ones will be sure not to forget.

Leadership and continuity At store 274 its bigger than just a grocery store coming together for such a event to help the kids have a very happy Holiday from handing out candy and having them chase down their favorites to coloring eggs and painting to decorate the store it gives our community in West Jordan a very tight knite family environment where friends, family, and workers have a safe and happy place they can go to. Our stores motto is to make the experience feel as if their not just shopping in a regular store but they are shopping with friends and family so they all feel comfortable with where they get their food.

Event timing The event started at 8:00am but their were so many kids and family members involved that it took another half hour to round up enough associates to get the event started. Once things got rolling and all age groups go started in on the candy rushes down the aisles we had the parents help the younger age groups to gather candy so no one was hurt.

The Finale The front end had its work cut out for them with a busy weekend day along with hundreds of little ones running out after getting all hyper on candy and we just want to show our appreciation for their hard work and patients with all the families and services they had to provide to make for a successful Easter.
