Hazard Communication Program Also Known as the “Employee Right to Know” Employees have the right to safety information regarding the use of chemical products. Written program found on RUSD District web-site, Site Administrative offices, and Risk Management Available to all employees and designated representatives for review Employees responsible to become knowledgeable of information within the program and which chemicals are used in the workplace.
