Who We Are Founded, Developed and Driven by People that Work with Seniors and People with Disabilities Not Solely Focused on Technology but on Creating Independence and Quality of Life for Seniors and People with Disabilities.

History and Locations The NOSS model was developed in 2002 as a program named Sound Response, within the University of Wisconsin’s Waisman Center and funded by the Dane County (WI) Department of Human Services. NOSS was Founded as a private company in 2007. Locations-Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, North Dakota, Missouri, Illinois, North Carolina and Florida.

No Long Term Obligation Potentially covered by Medicaid $200 For Consultation, Assessment, Programming, and Installation…we do not charge until equipment is installed. So consultation is free if you choose not get NOSS installed. $500/Month Monitoring Fee per household -Equipment- Included in the monthly fee
