Program Overview

Title 8 Retrofit Certificate/Retrofit-on-Sale in NMWCA and Los Osos PRGWB Los Osos US 101 NMWCA

Title 8 Retrofit Certificate/Retrofit-on-Sale in NMWCA and Los Osos Every home being sold or transferring ownership titles, must submit a Title 8: Retrofit Verification Form to the Department of Planning and Building. Once verification form is submitted, staff will review and issue a Title 8 Retrofit Certificate via email within 2-5 business days of submittal.

Conservation Incentivized Programs: Turf Removal Incentive Program “Cash for Grass” - Remove irrigated lawn (1:1) and replace with County-approved plants and materials. Rebates up to $6,000 to qualified homeowners.
