Zeros and Negative Exponents Objective: Students will be able to apply, simplify and solve problems associated with zero and negative exponents.

Negative Exponent What does this mean? What does it do? Can we make it positive? We need to make it positive to understand what it does To make it positive you need to move the number, variable or term that is being affected by the exponent to the other side of the fraction bar, this makes it positive
