One of the clients friends is an architect and he has made a 3D model of the shed. Now the client would like an offer rom your company (the group) to build the shed. Because the client is very busy, he likes to plan every day. Therefore he also likes to know the construction time for the new shed. To compare the prices from invited contractors, the client has prepared a bidding list. The client requires the bidding completed before he will accept any offer, whether from your company or some of the other invited bidding contractors.
