Promotion Practice Fri, May 18 Promotion Tickets Students must attend school and participate in promotion practice on this day in order to participate in the actual promotion ceremony. Promotion Tickets Students will receive 3 tickets to the promotion ceremony. They will come with the invitations. If we have extra, they will be distributed to those who requested to be put on the waiting list. Only those with tickets will be allowed into the gym for the promotion ceremony.

Promotion Ceremony Mon, May 21 Students must meet all promotion criteria to participate. 2.0 GPA, passing all 4 core classes and at least 1 elective Students cannot owe money to the school and participate. Students must adhere to Carver Middle School’s Promotion Ceremony Dress Code All requirements of LCS dress code (no hats, etc.) No see-through/mesh/lace areas outside of dress code Nothing less than sleeveless (“point of shoulder” / no thin straps) Dress length must be to the knees while standing. Students who arrive out of this dress code will not be allowed to participate. Students who receive a discipline referral which results in an out-of-school suspension on or after Monday, April 23 will not be allowed to participate in the promotion ceremony.
