DEVELOPMENT OF A TOF-PET PROSTATE PROBE READOUT SYSTEM Presented by S. Minutoli and P. Musico Each pixel of a matrix made of 128 SiPM is independently handled by: Preamplifier discriminator (NINO chip) TDC (HpTDC chip) All the channels are managed by a control card based on: FPGA Microcontroller for USB transfer The data acquisition code is running on a Linux based PC ASIC development is in progress: a 130 nm 8 channel prototype is under test and the next release in under advanced design. System under test in a dark box
