What does it? In order to achieve its objectives, UNCITRAL formulates modern rules on commercial transactions. These includes: Conventions Legal and legislative guides and recommendations Updated assistance in law reform projects Regional and national seminars INDEX
The commission The commission, who carries out its work at annual session, it’s the main organ of the UNCITRAL and it establishes six working groups to perform its objectives. It’s not composed by all the States of the UN. INDEX
The six working groups Each group works on a specific topic and these issues are: Group I: Micro, small and medium-sized Enterprises Group II: Arbitration and conciliation Group III: Online disputes resolution Group IV: Elettronic commerce Group V: Insolvency law Group VI: Security interests INDEX
