Week without walls Mathematics department

Three days of mathematical fun!

Mathematics department During the Week Without Walls in December the Mathematics department will have three different activities for the three days.

Day 1: Treasure hunt During the first day we will have a Treasure Hunt, with Mathematical clues to be solved that will guide students to different areas of the school to solve more riddles and puzzles. Students would be advised to make groups with different year levels (mixed year level groups) to make sure they can attempt all the Mathematics problems!

Day 2: Building Math models During the second day, students will work in groups to build Mathematical models.

Day 3: Measuring height! During the third day, students will be active and outside the classrooms. They will work in groups to calculate and model the height of certain places or objects.

Remember to sign up!
