Dynamic Learning Experiences: Responds to social/emotional learning needs, Provides active and engaged learning anchored in relationship building, skill development, and content acquisition, Honors failure as an important part of learning, Adapts to the ever-changing community and world. Social/Emotional Well-Being The Wake County Public School System ensures that all adults recognize the importance of social-emotional security with regard to learning and work to create structures and environments that provides social-emotional security for every person. Learner Agency (Personalization) Learner Agency refers to instruction that is paced to learning needs, connected to learning preferences, and tailored to the specific interests of different learners.
