Collaborative Purchases NetTutor – US based online tutoring service for all students. TechSmith – Michigan based company offering digital curriculum development tools. Collaborative discounts provide all faculty and students with licenses at reduced costs close to 50% of standard pricing. ZOOM – US-based web conferencing service. MCO has negotiated a savings of nearly 90% off standard pricing. ReadSpeaker – A text- to-speech technology. MCO contract statewide purchase based on FTE – members will see close to 40% reduction.
