Figure 1 Regional changes in FA values Regional changes in FA values (A) Fractional anisotropy (FA) values were significantly decreased diffusely throughout the white matter, including the pyramidal tract and corpus callosum, in the patients with Normal-appearing Imaging-associated, Neuroimmunologically Justified, Autoimmune encephalomyelitis (NINJA) as compared to controls. (B) Areas with significantly increased FA values were absent in the patients with NINJA as compared to controls. The background image is the standard MNI152 brain template. Green voxels represent the FA of the white matter skeleton.
