Resource Planning – Email Process Change All daily PLEASE APPROVE emails are now being combined and released in one email at 3:00 p.m. As opposed to immediately when they are submitted. This is not a hey you're late, why didn’t you approve these? – email! This has been implemented to reduce the emails you receive from RP on a daily basis. As the screenshot below indicates, this one 3:00pm email will now replace the 6 individual emails you would normally receive. When hours are REJECTED the current process will not change. The Approver, Backup Approver and User will get the email immediately. On Friday’s you will receive 2 emails from RP: (1) at 3:00 with the current submissions and (1) at 7pm to cover late submissions. Attention: Approvers & Backup Approvers
