Setting the scene Session 1 11.30 Welcome group back and signpost to rest of morning – we will run through the main sections of the day and link these clearly to the cue cards and lesson plan – it is up to the delegates to choose which they will use, we have tried to put as many different sources of support in as possible. Introduce the ice breaker (famous people with talent) and how the session will link to the day. Discuss possible ways to deliver the session including tips and ideas to share. Run though the first session and talk through the card. Allow the group time to discuss and ask questions.
