We are accountable to Governments Spouse Teachers Employers Each Other “Submitting to one another in the fear of God” (Eph 5:21). ----To line up under
Accountability in a family – Eph 5:22 – 6:4
Accountability in a family – Eph 5:22 - 6:4 Husbands, wives & children must understand their God-given roles in the family, & fulfill those roles. They must understand how their roles relate to everyone else’s role. They must do that “in the fear of God” (out of reverence for God, Christ).
Accountability in a family – Eph 5:22 - 6:4 Children submitting to their parents by receiving their instruction & discipline in an honorable way.
Accountability in a family – Eph 5:22 – 6:4 Parents submitting to their children by meeting their instructional & disciplinary needs.
Accountability in a family – Eph 5:22 - 6:4 Husbands submitting to their wives by being attentive to their physical & emotional needs in a tender & loving way.
Accountability in a family – Eph 5:22 - 6:4 Wives submitting to their husbands by graciously lining up under their authority or guidance.

Accountability: Purpose IT’S GOOD FOR US (1 Thess 5:14-15). Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 It sharpens our character (Prov 27:17). It fosters teamwork in…Lord’s work (Eph 4:11-16).
