Create Automated Report Email Forms Click Administration > Manage Evaluations Click Add to the right of Email Forms Enter the form name Select the form type (Alarms, Class, Scheduled) Check Default to deploy to users Upload your logo Update the Subject and Body (Keep the #BodyText# and #KeyMetrics# tags) Click Add and view the preview
