Rarity and individuality What constitutes diversity at East Ridge? Each person brings something rare and individualistic. Think about your rarity for a minute. You are special. #oneeastridge Effective peer interaction, creating open-minded attitudes (open-mindedness) promoting cooperation, cooperative interpersonal connection
Rules of engagement/Norms Assume positive intent When you’re here, be present Communicate honestly and openly Engage in conversations with us Embrace resistance- try to understand different perspectives and contribute yours Have fun Treat others with dignity and respect- and report incidents you see where someone is not treated this way We are allies
