Matrix The matrix : defines each category / type of adopter - carrier > software provider the 2016 on-boarding phases that are available to each category / type period of MAT (market acceptance testing) and JIT (joint integration testing) available 7 carriers* can be accepted within each of the following phases if utilising one of the early adopting Software Providers; January, May, August, October 2016 the first time a new software provider, or if developing internally, a carriers I.T department can implement and adopt is October / November 2016   *this number could increase or decrease within each phase depending on the size of the carrier, their volume of claims and their approach to go-live

Write-Back – Early Adopters

Additional Information Governance and Funding   The Write-Back project will be managed under the existing governance, the AAC and ECFUG. The AAC have agreed an on-boarding budget (paid for from the yearly ECF budget) to support the markets phased adoption and testing through 2016. This approach cannot be guaranteed for 2017. Registration of Interest Your registration for any given phase of adoption needs to be given directly to Lee.Elliston@LMAlloyds.com, providing a minimum of 1 months notice. Within 1 week of providing notice, engagement* will commence directly with you and your software provider, allowing confirmation of adopters in each phase to be communicated shortly after. *engagement may require the consideration of capacity and inclusion for a given adoption phase  that has been requested by a carrier and their software provider. We will of course make every attempt to meet your requirements.
