Good practice example „Promotion of health at workplace“ Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Slovenia, Police, Police Directorate Murska Sobota  537 civil servants  average age is 44  approx. 60 % of the staff is older than 40 A bottom up approach The project started in 2015  in order to maintain physical and mental wellbeing of employees through their working lives The project group  representatives of all organisational units and different jobs  the project has been supported by both national police trade unions Various activities  taking into account the ageing workforce
