Stream restoration projects Tree and native species plantings Invasive species removal Stream Quality Monitoring We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) watershed organization officially established in 2006. Our mission is to protect and restore water quality and habitats of Tinker‘s Creek, through community parnterships. What is a watershed anyways? Watershed Communities A watershed is an area of land that contains a common set of streams and rivers that all drain into a single larger body of water, such as a larger river, lake, or an ocean. Even the land you live on has ground water that will drain into nearby creeks! Everywhere is a watershed, right beneath your feet.
