Which country has a huge interest in Greenland’s natural resources? Quiz Name one of the two reasons Singapore wants permanent observer status on the Arctic Council. Which country has a huge interest in Greenland’s natural resources? What NGO has been working to highlight the issues threatening the Arctic Ocean? What is the main factor that caused in the shift from the Arctic Council being the epitome of cooperation to one that deemed more conflictual?
