Ceremony week 2018 – task force Task force will be nominated (VP edu): Communication specialist (LES) Communication specialist (COS, events team) Specialist (Alumni relations) Student representative (AYY) Schools’ representatives (LES) 3 persons with background in organizing graduation ceremonies 3 persons with background in handling students’ graduation process Schools’ will nominate their representatives by midsummer (LES managers) In August there will be organized a larger workshop, ”an idea tank” as a kick start supporting the work of the task force above 3.12.2018
