Introducing the Glenbourne Unit Acute Mental Health Unit The importance of compassion is well-recognised …little guidance around how to operationalise it. Values…how do you make this tangible? How to know if you are doing it well? Reviewing existing working groups and setting this as a priority and reviewing it against existing priorities.
