2018/19 Cost of Attendance for Foundation Programmes The Maximum Cost of Attendance (COA) for New Students Studying a Foundation Certificate in 2018 is $29,137.64 The Maximum Cost of Attendance (COA) for New Students Foundation Year Degree Programme in 2018/19 is $29736.14* These are the highest loan limit amounts that we are authorised to certify for the 2018/19 academic year under US Government Regulations. Students and parents are encouraged to carry out individual budgeting analysis to assess their personal loan needs – you may find you would like to request a lesser loan amount. The Cost of Attendance is calculated annually by LIPA’s International Team. It is the approximate all inclusive cost of one year’s study at LIPA. Figures have been rounded up to the nearest $500 to aid ease of calculation and disbursement.
