Career Fellow Role Defined Play a critical role in assisting 1st and 2nd year students in their preparation for all types of interviews (behavioral, case, informational)  Conduct resume reviews Provide valuable feedback that will ensure your Wharton classmates rise to the top in a competitive job market  Have proven success completing your own internship and job searches and stand out as among the best when it comes to industry specific interviewing and networking experience MBA CAREER MANAGEMENT

Career Fellow Role Details Benefits: Excellent way to provide a valuable service to classmates, develop a marketable skill, and earn a stipend Time Commitment: Position requires availability for both the fall and spring semesters – approximately 4 hours per week with certain time periods more concentrated than others. Majority of mock interviews occur on a few Fridays and Saturdays in January Application Process & Deadlines: Send your application to Sue Sladen at avsladen@wharton.upenn.edu by September 12, 2017 Selection: Selection is competitive and will be based upon the diversity of experiences, industry and functional expertise and application  MBA CAREER MANAGEMENT

Timeframe September: Applications due, interviews, training October: Dedicated second year mock interview period, FY informational meetings, resume reviews November: FY informational meetings and SY mock interviews. Prepare content for Interview Training Workshop and meet with MBACM Advisor Second Training December : Dedicated first year mock interview period, typically 6 days January: Post-FRP first year mock interview period January – March: 1st Year mock interviewing continues (low volume) based on industry need MBA CAREER MANAGEMENT
